You’ll learn key questions to help you assess your current state and identify actionable steps specific for you. You’ll also learn how to make the most out of NPP’s upcoming Keystone Nonprofit Conference.

This workshop will help you to:

• Gain a deeper understanding of your current position and identify your challenges. 
• Chart a clear path forward based upon the obstacles and opportunities you identify
• Optimize your conference experience by identifying the learning opportunities and key connections that will support your work

• Tools/scorecard that you can use repeatedly to continually assess your operational and marketing status
• A plan for navigating KeyCon, making the connections and attending the sessions that will help you most
