Great leaders — like great coaches — understand that winning teams don’t just happen; they are intentionally developed. Coaching to Win, presented by Teresa Hewitt and Craig Dorin of the Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR), offers a practical playbook for building effective, high-performing, and resilient teams.

Designed for supervisors, managers, directors, executives, and anyone aspiring to grow into a leadership role, this interactive session provides proven strategies for coaching individuals, improving communication, addressing performance challenges, and building trust that supports long-term success. Attendees will leave with actionable tools they can immediately apply within their organizations.
